Losing your AirPods case can be frustrating, and it's probably one of the biggest problems you can encounter when using your headphones. Luckily, Apple has integrated a solution to help you find your lost items through its powerful Find My app. Here's how to use this feature to find your lost AirPods case.
Trick 1: Utilize the “Find My” App
If you've lost your AirPods charging case and need help finding it, don't worry. If they're close, you should be able to find them via Bluetooth, regardless of AirPods model.
Steps to Locate Your AirPod Case
Step 1: Tap the Find My app on your paired device (such as your iPhone, iPad or Mac).
Step 2: Next, tap the Devices tab. You should be able to find each Apple device paired with your Apple ID here.
Step 3: Scroll and select your AirPods from the list.
Step 4: Look at the map on the Find My app. If the map shows your AirPods are nearby, you can use the app to play a sound to help find them. To do this, tap the Play Sound button.
Step 5: If your AirPods case isn't nearby and that model supports the Find My network, you can use the app's built-in navigation system to locate it. Find its approximate location on the map, then tap Find, and follow the on-screen instructions to find your AirPods.

If your AirPods are scattered in different places, you can select "Left Ear" or "Right Ear" to mute one of them and search for it one by one. Remember that you need to be connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data for the Find My feature to be activated for all models.
